I offer court-accepted DUI and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) evaluations for individuals involved in the Idaho court system.
I am an IDAPA 16.07.17.200–certified, court-approved assessor, and all evaluations are completed in full compliance with Idaho Misdemeanor Criminal Rule 9.4 (IMCR 9.4) Alcohol-Drug Evaluation Report requirements. Reports are prepared in the proper format for submission to Idaho courts and attorneys.
